Airport facilities

Money and Communications:
Bureaux de change and ATMs are located in the International Terminal. Internet is available in the International Terminal Departures area, before security.

Eating and Drinking:
A variety of cafés and restaurants are available throughout the airport.

Shopping:
Airport shopping includes duty-free in the International Terminal, including nine speciality GST-free stores and the Downtown Duty-Free outlets, open daily.

Luggage:
Left-luggage facilities are available in the International Terminal Arrivals hall. Terminal 1 lost property issues (tel: (03) 8336 4100), are dealt with separately from those in the rest of the airport, which are handled by the Travellers' Information Desk (tel: (03) 9297 1805.

Other Facilities:
Showers are available in the International Terminal Departures area. Baby-change facilities are available throughout the airport. There is also a prayer room and a medical practice in the International Terminal.
