Money and communications:
A full range of ATMs, banking services and bureaux de change are located throughout the terminal building. Fax, photocopying and postal services are available at the left-luggage office. Telephones are situated throughout in both terminals. Internet kiosks and Wireless Internet access are also available.
Eating and drinking:
Bars, cafés and restaurants are located throughout the airport.
Shops, including duty-free, are located in International Arrivals (before customs), the International Departures lounge and the gallery boutiques on the first floor (passengers only); there are also shops in the Domestic Terminal.
The Travel & Information centres in the terminals should be contacted for lost and found property (tel: (03) 353 7774). A left-luggage service (tel: (03) 353 7040) is available next to the Travel & Information centre in the Domestic Terminal. Trolleys are available in both terminals.
There is a hairdresser, florist and a pharmacy in the Domestic Terminal. There are children’s play areas on the first floor and in the Domestic Terminal. The visitor centre of New Zealand’s International Antarctic Centre is a 5-minute walk from the terminal buildings.
