The airport has unisex disabled toilets throughout the terminal, as well as ramps and lifts. Induction loops are fitted throughout the terminal building and there is a Minicom service (tel: (01224) 725 082). Reserved seating is also provided. Disabled drivers can park in the short-term car park at long-term rates, if they display an orange/blue badge; those using this facility must inform NCP on the length of stay upon arrival to avoid incurring short-stay rates. Wheelchair push and provision, and help with baggage before check in, is available free of charge to disabled passengers. Passengers requiring assistance should contact the airline prior to travel. There is a new terminal reception area for passengers needing special assistance. The reception deskis permanently manned to help passengers between the point of check-in and boarding the plane.
