Terms and conditions for the EIBTM 2012 and Lufthansa competition
•The prize is offered only for the UK residents.
•Prizes include Lufthansa branded 2 sports bags, 2 digital photoframe, 2 snowboards and 4 Lufthansa branded mags. 1 prize per winner.
•All Prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitution. All Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part.
•Prizes will be awarded to persons selected at random from among all eligible entries. Prizes will be delivered by Royal Mail to the confirmed winners, correct postal addresses must be provided by the prize winners. The random drawing will be held by 15th November 2012. There are no cash or other alternatives.
•The selected winners will be contacted by email only at the email addresses entered on the registration form.If the selected entrants do not respond by email within 7 days of transmission, those entrnts forfeit any right to the Prize draw and other entrants will be selected. None of the Prizes are transferable or convertible to caseh and must be accepted as awarded.
•Lufthansa reserves the right in their sole discretion to substitute any and all part of a Prize with a Prize of comparable value.
•Lufthansa is not responsible for error, omission, interuption, deletion or delay in operation or transmission or alterations of entries. Lufthansa is not responsible for any damage occured during the postage of the prize items.
•Lufthansa reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this prize draw at any time without prior notification. Lufthansa reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value in the event of non-availability of the Prize for any reason.
