In November 2012 we began to upgrade the in-flight services in Business Class on long-haul flights. A quality initiative which is now being continued in a consistent way with further new developments in our culinary concept.
We want to give our passengers positive surprises time and again and to take their wishes seriously. With a noticeable improvement in both the quality and quantity of food, greater freshness and variety of dishes, the reintroduction of the popular side salad, pastries “fresh from the baker” and an increase in the variety of beverages offered, we are meeting those wishes.

Top chef Johanna Maier will again be providing seasonal delectations in Business Class on long-haul flights departing from Germany. This time she will be delighting passengers with fresh, summer ingredients.
