Michael Fell, a multi-award-winning head chef and founder member of the ‘Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe’, learned his trade with internationally renowned Michelin-starred chefs such as Eckart Witzigmann and Otto Koch. Born in Swabia, Fell is one of the chefs who in the last few years have played a significant role in rediscovering Bavarian food, giving it a contemporary twist and promoting it. Using predominantly regional ingredients he conjures up the finest dishes – and is always true to his maxim: “The guests should be satisfied!” Enjoy his regionally influenced creations of the highest standard.
