- Customers eligible for this promotion are those who have purchased tickets via Flight Booking on www.lufthansa.com or mobile.lufthansa.com only. Flights booked through Lufthansa Corporate Booking, Lufthansa Call Center or travel agencies as well as award flights are excluded. Non-eligible applications will be disregarded.
- The gift may be ordered after flight confirmation only. Please note that the booking code for your flight is required for application.
- If you have purchased the ticket but decided not to fly for some reasons, we kindly ask you to return the voucher to us.
- In case either of the gift runs out of stock, let us allow to send you an alternative item.
- Delivery addresses cannot be changed after application.
- The gift will be sent out from mid December, after confirming of boarding.
