Round trip economy class tickets from Japan to Europe booked on Lufthansa for the entire journey

Eligibility
Customers living in Japan who have purchased above tickets via www.lufthansa.com and paid in Japanese yen

Conditions
On the same day of ticket purchase (Japan time), you find a price on another website, which is cheaper than the purchased ticket by 1000 yen or more. The ticket conditions are the same and the flight is still available.

Compensation
The claimant will receive a “Travel Voucher” for a value of the fare difference plus 5000 yen.

Claiming the compensation
Please fill out all necessary information in Claim Form and submit it by midnight Japan time of the day of ticket purchase. Claims should be made by the person whose name is stated on the purchased ticket.
When claiming the compensation, please also attach a screenshot showing the cheaper price as well as the flight availability.

Please save the confirmation e-mail you will receive after submittance of the claim.
Lufthansa reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be reasonably verified, for which no sufficient details of the claim have been submitted, or which are not made within the ticket purchase day.
