Alpine-hut magic from Hamburg
In November and December chef Karlheinz Hauser will be offering Alpine hospitality on board, as he delights our Business Class passengers on long-haul flights departing from Germany.
The centre of Karlheinz Hauser’s gastronomic world is the two-star Seven Seas restaurant in Hamburg’s Süllberg Hotel. Here he treats his demanding clientele to exquisite French-inspired cooking of the highest quality.
Every year from autumn to spring, however, the Süllberg takes on an Alpine flavour. During this time the top chef serves hearty treats and Alpine specialities.
High enjoyment factor
Lufthansa has brought this very special Alpine atmosphere on board for our Business Class passengers with a menu served on wooden boards and featuring goose and pumpkin dishes – all lovingly created by Karlheinz Hauser.
And, of course, Christmas is also slowly drawing near: as every year, we will be presenting our passengers with a small gift pack of biscuits.
