During March and April Michael Fell will be responsible for the creative cuisine served to our Business Class passengers travelling on long-haul flights from Germany.
Award-winning chef Michael Fell is based at the Park Hotel ‘Egerner Höfe’ in Rottach-Egern, a location that conjures up feelings of pure relaxation amid forests, mountains and the gorgeous Tegernsee lake. Unsurprisingly, the highly decorated chef is inspired by this magnificent environment where he can easily find fresh ingredients right on his doorstep.
In his ‘Dichterstub’n’ restaurant, Fell’s perfect blend of regional products with top-class international cooking creates a totally unique taste sensation.
