Adapted toilets and lifts are provided. Wheelchairs are available on request. Help with baggage and check-in is available by contacting the OCS special assistance desk (tel: 0121 767 7878) prior to arrival. Wheelchair and other assistance after check-in must be arranged through the individual airlines. A Minicom system is installed at the Terminal 1 airport information desk and there is an induction loop system. Designated disabled parking spaces are available in all car parks.
