That is why Lufthansa is proud to partner with internationally accredited healthcare providers, facilitators and wellness facilities around the world to provide patients and their travel companions with special prices and services that meet their needs.

Flight booking

Once you have booked a medical procedure or wellness treatment with one of our contracted healthcare providers, facilitators or wellness facilities, they will provide you with a code that gives you access to their dedicated Lufthansa online flight booking platform. To make a flight reservation, please enter your access code in the input field titled “Access to Event Booking” on the right hand column of this page. Once you have selected your destination and preferred dates of travel, the reduced fares and conditions are shown automatically, as are any lower promotional fares which may also be available.

Please note: Fares booked via this platform can be changed free of charge. The fare quoted in the booking platform may show fees for changes, however, these fees will be waived.
