How to get there

From North:
- Take Interstate 75/85 south
- Bear left, continuing south on Interstate 75 (pass Exit 242 for Interstate 85)
- Continue south on Interstate 75, following signs to International
- Take Exit 239 (U.S. 19/41; Central Avenue; International; C.W. Grant Parkway)
- Following signs to International, turn right at the top of the exit ramp onto C.W. Grant Parkway
- Continue straight and proceed through the intersection at Loop Road onto Maynard H. Jackson Jr. Boulevard, following signs to Departures, Arrivals, Parking or M.H. Jackson Service Road

From South:
- Take Interstate 75 north
- Continue north on Interstate 75, following signs to International/Atlanta
- Take Exit 239 (International; Air Cargo; Hapeville)
- Following signs to International, turn right at the top of the exit ramp onto C.W. Grant Parkway
- Continue straight and proceed through the intersection at Loop Road onto Maynard H. Jackson Jr. Boulevard, following signs to Departures, Arrivals, Parking or M.H. Jackson Service Road

Bus:
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is served by Greyhound Flightlink buses (tel: 1 888 287 6359; www.greyhound.com), which depart daily for a number of cities and states from the lower level of the North Terminal.

Taxi:
Metered taxis serve the airport; taxis can be booked at the Ground Transportation Centre island A. Only authorised taxis should be used. Contact the taxi information line (tel: (404) 762 6087) for further information. Shared-ride taxis are also available (tel: (404) 766 6666) and reservations can be made for door-to-door services. Services can be booked at the Ground Transportation Centre island B. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport's website has a list of all companies.

Rail:
RapID train services operated by MARTA (tel: (404) 848 5000; www.itsmarta.com) leave the airport for downtown Atlanta (journey time: 15 minutes), from where connections to other parts of the city can be made. To/From the International terminal, the MARTA station can be reached via a 15min shuttle ride.

Information desk

The airport customer service office (tel: (404) 530 7300) is open daily 0815-2100 for enquiries; information desks are located throughout the terminal and in the automated people mover stations on each concourse. Multilingual customer service representatives are on hand throughout the airport to provide passengers with assistance. A visitor centre is situated in the Atrium, with tourist information available from the Atlanta CVB (tel: (404) 305 8426). Volunteer hosts are also on hand to answer questions on the airport and Atlanta.
