The following conditions apply to all group bookings made with Lufthansa and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Minimum group size
10 passengers travelling together in one or multiple compartments (Economy, Premium Economy, Business and First Classes) from a single origin to a single destination on the same dates and flights.
Individual fare levels are not applicable for group travel. Group booking and group special fare application depends on spaces availability on flights.
100% of the group names are due no later than 60 days prior to departure. For specific group types name options may vary.
10% deposit but not less than 60 EUR per passenger for continental routing and not less than 150 EUR per passenger for intercontinental routing is required one week after full confirmation of the group space. In case the group travel requested later than 4 weeks before the first travel date the deposit should be paid within next 2 days after the confirmation of group reservation. The deposit acts as a fare guarantee.
The deposit is non-refundable.
All group space is subject to availability in the necessary booking class. We cannot be held responsible for waitlisted seats that have not been confirmed to you in writing. If the dates and/or routing changes from the original request, the fare is subject to change as well.
The group must be ticketed no later than 2 weeks prior to departure. Ticketing details are supplied prior to agreed ticketing deadline. Tickets for groups travelling in period 24 December - 6 January should be issued 6 weeks before departure at the latest. Ticketing is fulfilled by travel agencies only. Tickets are paid in AZN at the current rate of exchange used by airline.
No exception for calculation and collection of taxes & fees
Economy class tickets are non-refundable. In case of unused ticket the unused refundable taxes and fees can be refunded.
The unused business class ticket can be refunded against fee of 50% of fare.
Ticket service charge remains non-refundable.
Musical instruments/bulky baggage
Musical instruments/sports equiptment and other bulky baggage should be advised with the intial request and no later than 90 days before departure.
Seating requests must be submitted along with the names. Any changes after that time are only possible at the airport on the day of departure.
There is no special group counter at the airport. To check-in conveniently and save your valuable time we recomend you to use our eFly services. You can check in as early as 23 hours before departure, reserve your seats and receive your Boarding Passes.
