In November 2012 we began to upgrade the in-flight services in Business Class on long-haul flights. A quality initiative which is now being continued in a consistent way with further new developments in our culinary concept.
We want to give our passengers positive surprises time and again and to take their wishes seriously. With a noticeable improvement in both the quality and quantity of food, greater freshness and variety of dishes, the reintroduction of the popular side salad, pastries “fresh from the baker” and an increase in the variety of beverages offered, we are meeting those wishes.
Fairy-tale winter cuisine
In November and December Business Class passengers on long-haul flights from Germany can look forward to creative seasonal cuisine from Thomas Kellermann. This Michelin-starred chef is normally to be found in the kitchen of a medieval castle in Bavaria.
