Money and communications:
Facilities include banks, bureaux de change, ATMs and a post office. There is also 24 hour Internet access in the Service Centre Internet Point. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the airport.
Eating and drinking:
There are many bars, restaurants, snack bars and coffee bars. The Terminal 2 gallery is a popular spot for drinking and dining.
There are duty-free shops and many other shops, including a wide variety of clothing, electronics, accessories and gift shops.
A left-luggage office is located in the Service Centre, in the MAC area; there is also a lost property office (tel: (089) 9752 1370). A porter service (tel: (089) 9759 9795) is available and porters are easily recognised by their green uniforms. Baggage trolleys are available.
There is a 24-hour medical emergency centre, a pharmacy, baby changing rooms, a dentist, dry cleaning and laundry service, childrens play areas and showers, as well as over 40 travel agencies and tour operators. The five-star Kempinski Airport Hotel (see Airport Hotels below) adjacent to Terminal 2 and the MAC, offers non-guests access to its pool, fitness and spa area for a nominal fee. The hotel also hosts regular after-work cocktail parties for travellers, airport employees, guests and visitors.
