With the enhanced Lufthansa Media World, First and Business Class passengers can enjoy a comprehensive programme of entertainment. The four categories: WatchEnjoy, ListenRelax, StudyPlay and SurfLufthansa are individually downloadable on the screens facing each seat. Passengers can choose from 65 video options with 30 movies in up to eight languages, 25 TV programmes and 10 music magazines from around the world, 100 CDs, a variety of audio-books, 30 radio programmes with numerous international channels, board games, games of skill, action and strategy, and language courses. Every passenger in Business and First Class will receive the monthly Lufthansa Media World programme listing.

Personal screens in Economy Class
 Personal screens built into the backs of seats, so-called in-seat screens, enable every Economy Class passenger on long-haul flights to have individual access to an extensive programme of in-flight entertainment:
Passengers can choose at any time from 10 of the latest cinema releases in up to eight languages. Additionally, a variety of TV programmes and music magazines are available, along with an international selection of 30 radio channels.
A special children’s programme (KidsFun) and service information about flying (FlyLufthansa) further enhance the service. The entertainment programme is updated monthly with new content.

The touch-screen navigation is easy to use and provides intuitive access to the entertainment programme. The menu is available in nine different languages.
The entire A330-A300 and A340-600 fleet is already fitted with in-seat screens, which will be available on around 40% of the long-haul fleet before the end of the year.

Requests programme on Lufthansa Radio
 In September and October we are going to take a musical journey around the annual Octoberfest in Munich, presenting cheerful German “Schlager” and English party music. Octoberfest aficionados Barry Werkmeister and Verena Dommes provide interesting and amusing anecdotes.
Coming soon: Christmas pop songs
In November and December this channel is going to feature popular Christmas songs from the last 5 decades. With Bing Crosby, Paul McCartney, Mariah Carey, and many more.

Entertainment on Demand
 With the Entertainment on Demand function, passengers can decide for themselves what to play and when to play it: they can start, stop or repeat a programme at will. The user-friendly interfaces provide passengers with a choice of nine different navigation languages (German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese und Korean).
