New Yorkers are currently obsessed with experiential gastronomy: in addition to pop-up restaurants and other special dining events, supper clubs are currently all the rage. It's not just about good food, but above all about unforgettable experiences.

In intimate gatherings in small restaurants or even in your own apartment, an incomparable atmosphere is created that invites intimate, uninhibited conversations. Another guest suddenly becomes a friend.

Supper Club: WHEN & WHERE

Cousins Jessica and Courtney Eu have recognized the trend and invite 14 guests once a week to the WHEN & WHERE supper club in their apartment in New York City. They have to apply for one of the coveted places and often use the event to network within New York's lively gastronomy scene.

Supper Club: that dinner thing

At that dinner thing, things work a little differently. If you want to take part in this supper club, you have to get hold of two tickets at once, as they are only sold in pairs. Whether it's your neighbor, your best friend or your soul mate, just bring a plus one.

The respective guests are then selected by lottery and can look forward to unusual dishes such as cantaloupe gazpacho or a cauliflower steak at changing secret locations in New York, which are only revealed when tickets are sold.
