The strike action of handling agent staff at Brussels Airport has ended.
Rebooking/ Refund
Affected passengers can refund or rebook their flights free of charge. If your flight has been cancelled and you cannot use the self-service options above, please contact our Service Center on +49(0)69-86-799-799 * or via one of our local phone numbers.
Passengers holding a Lufthansa/SWISS/Austrian Airlines or Brussels Ticket for flights from/to/via Brussels on 13.-21.05.2013 can rebook their tickets once free of charge online via My Bookings.
The following conditions have to apply:
Rebooking within same booking class:
- Tickets must be issued on/before 12.05.2013
- New date of travel must be on/before 31.08.2013
- Change of origin/destination and class of service/compartment is not permitted
- All other ticket conditions must be observed as per original ticket
Lost baggage
In order to deliver your baggage please fill in our Lufthansa Baggage form or please contact the Lufthansa baggage tracing counter as soon as you arrive at your destination. Strike action at Croatia Airlines
Due to strike actions of pilots marketing flight operations of Croatia Airlines are cancelled till Monday, 27th of May. Passengers whose flights have been cancelled are informed and rebooked.
