The Lufthansa Lufthansa Family Check-in Area at Frankfurt and Munich
As a family you can use the Lufthansa Family Check-in Area at Frankfurt and Munich airports. You will be able to identify the Lufthansa Family Check-in Area from a distance thanks to Lu and Cosmo, the two Lufthansa mascots, who will warmly welcome the children.
In Frankfurt the Lufthansa Family Check-in Area is situated in Departure Hall B at counters 336–338 and in Munich it is in the departure hall at desks 423–424; these counters are open to parents and their children up to 12 years old.
