General terms and conditions (T&C) for status against EUR/Miles 

These General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of a status extension / a status in return for EUR or miles apply in addition to the Miles & More Terms and Conditions of Participation. 

1. General Provisions

1. The contract governing the grant of your status or the extension thereof is concluded between you and the operators of the Miles & More Programme (Miles &    More GmbH, Flughafen Frankfurt Tor 21, Airportring, Building 322, 60546 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Venloer Straße 151–153, 50672  Cologne, Germany). 
2. By clicking the “Pay now / Redeem miles now” button, you submit a binding declaration to purchase the relevant product. Following submission of your order, you  will receive an order confirmation by e‑mail. This confirmation merely acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute legally binding acceptance.  Contracts for the extension or granting of status between the operators and you are concluded upon acceptance of your order by the operators, at the latest upon  establishment of your status. 
3. Our offers are addressed exclusively to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB). The conclusion  of  contracts with entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 BGB is excluded. 
4. The stated prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax. 
5. You agree to receive invoices in electronic form (by e‑mail). 
6. Purchase on behalf of third parties is excluded. 
7. Employees of Miles & More GmbH, Deutsche Lufthansa AG, or any of their affiliated companies are excluded from entering this contract. Any contract concluded  despite this shall be void. Any services already rendered must be returned. 

2. Status duration

The newly granted or extended status shall be valid until February 2027, irrespective of the time of purchase. It is not possible to apply for a status for multiple years.  



3. Payment

The following payment methods are available:  

• Credit Card

We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods in individual cases and to refer you to alternative payment methods. Payment is only possible in EUR.  
In addition, miles may be redeemed. The redeemed miles will be automatically debited from your Miles & More account upon completion of the ordering process. The redemption of miles for commercial or self-employed purposes is excluded. There is no entitlement to the issuance of an invoice.  
If payment or redemption of miles is not possible for reasons for which the operators are not responsible, the operators reserve the right to suspend status. In such cases, the status may no longer be used. Any card issued must be returned without undue delay to one of the operators.

4. Right of withdrawal


Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.  
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.    
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform: 

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory. If you use this online option, we will promptly provide you with an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e‑mail), including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.  

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.  

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We shall use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as used by you for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.  
If you have requested that the service commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

5. Exclusion of Other Refunds  

Any refund of the amount paid – including partial refunds – is excluded. This applies in particular in the following cases:  

•  If you do not wish to have the status and/or and you do not use its benefits after expiry of the withdrawal period.     
•  If the number of Points and Qualifying Points required for the specific status is credited to your account during the validity period of the new status. 
•  Refunds are also excluded where the status validity period is shortened due to acquisition during an ongoing status period Refunds are also excluded where the status validity period is shortened due to acquisition during an ongoing status period.  

The right of termination pursuant to the Miles & More Terms and Conditions of Participation remains unaffected. 

6. Miscellaneous  

These terms can be downloaded and printed and are available in German and English.  
The operators are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
